Senior Designer - Hutch Games - London, UK - Upto £60,000 dependent on experience

They're now looking for a Senior F2P Designer or design-minded Product Manager to join the team in their Central London studio.

So, you know all about Hutch, I'll fill you in on what you'll be doing! Reporting directly to the Design Director, the Senior Designer will work across projects forming a crucial part of the studio's creative setup. The Senior Designer will use their experience of virtual goods-based business models and strong monetisation intuition to develop new features and systems for our mobile titles. You' that will improve monetisation, engagement, retention and virality.

Ideally you will have most or all of the following:

  • Must be extremely organized in the game design workflow from initial concept to final release and post-release support.
  • Strong analytical abilities meaning that you can analyze game-play data to improve the game as necessary.
  • Proven experience and success designing mobile-based online and social game feature-sets.
  • Have solid experience and success with games based on a virtual-goods business model with deep monetization intuition and understanding.
  • A love of start-ups and a desire to be part of a small team that achieves its vision quickly.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
